Menu for week of 05.05.08
This week we are in Germany and chef Jess has the littles eating:
Monday: Baked spiced cabbage with apples
Tuesday: Gerkensalat (cucumber salad) & tofu fish sticks
Wednesday: Sauteed green apples and leeks. Veggie sausage
Thursday: Kartoffelpuffer (potato pancakes) served with applesauce
Friday: Spaetzle with cheddar and carmelized onions
